Groups
 

Those wishing to form a group of three persons of more will enjoy many of the same benefits as those seen in the Individual Package offerings.  The advantages of forming a group include:

  • Feeling a sense of camaraderie and support

  • Comprehensive nutrition coaching at a fraction of the cost

  • Ability to learn from others’ experiences

  • Accountability of a group setting

  • Celebrating successes with others

  • Knowing that you are truly not alone in your journey

Groups would meet once weekly or bi-weekly, depending on pre-determined arrangements.  Rates contingent upon size of the group. 

There are opportunities to train with a group as well if you would like to start incorporating exercise into your lifestyle plan.
